 Finance and Investment Division (FID) is a trusted advisor to the Transport cluster, and partners with our stakeholders to make all financial and funding considerations for our once-in-a-generation $72 billion infrastructure program.

 We provide best in class financial services to support decision-making on transport services, infrastructure investment and delivery. FID plays a critical role in project planning and funding, enterprise planning and financial management and control.

 The opportunity

 We currently have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join the Enterprise Planning, Budgeting & Analysis team as Senior Financial Analyst.

 The purpose of the role of Senior Financial Analyst is to provide a range of financial management services to meet internal and external reporting and analysis requirements, satisfy statutory compliance obligations and support the achievement of business objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in:

• preparing financial reports, undertaking comprehensive analysis against budgets and forecasts and liaising with the relevant Business Partners to investigate trends and variances
• preparation of detailed "bottom up" financial data inputs to produce reliable and robust financial information
• performing financial analysis and reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data and identify risk areas
