Description

This is a 14 month contract reporting to the VP Finance. Our client in the food business is looking for an experience Finance manager who would be interested in joining a growth-minded company .

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Financial planning, analysis, and reporting of the Canadian Business
• Working closely with the Canadian leadership team which also includes Sales leadership and cross functional business partners
• Working with Sales and marketing on volume, pricing and trade forecasts
• Responsible for trade spend design/analysis, sales operations support, and customer P& Ls
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual Integrated Business Planning process
• Compare budgets and forecasts and develop variances with commentary

Requirements

• At least 10 years experience in a Finance role
• Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience highly preferred. Also open to Pharmaceutical or other manufacturing/retail industry experience
• Advanced excel skills
• CPA designation preferred
• Strong knowledge on Trade spend Analysis and volume mix analysis would be an advantage
• Knowledge of TM1/Cognos an asset
