Our client is in the cleantech industry sector and we are searching for a Senior Finance Consultant for a 4 month contract. You will be primarily responsible for the following:
* Review of current business processes and document business process flows on Visio flowcharts
* Interview various department stakeholders to determine their job responsibilities and document their operating procedures
* Review internal controls and provide recommendations on gaps in internal controls.
* Work closely with the senior management on the business process documentation project and align with parent company
The ideal candidate is a designated accountant with 10+ years of proven business process review & documentation experience. You also have the following key criteria for the contract role:
* Excellent understanding of business processes and internal controls
* Astute project management skills/use of project management templates
* Maturity and able to deal with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confident in talking to different stakeholders
* Flexible and able to jump on issues and shifting priorities with lots of incredible energy to keep up
