We currently have a unique and exciting position for two Senior eTrade Analyst. As the Senior eTrade Analyst you will be responsible for providing ongoing integration support to the Global Express and Toll customer base. This teams activities will typically involve the on-boarding, technical setup, configuration, testing and deployment and demonstration of Toll’s eCommerce & integration tools.

From time to time, a component of the role would be to act as the representative on various projects or initiatives that may impact on the team or applications that the team support. In addition, the role includes recommending continuous improvement activities and opportunities to maintain and improve performance and productivity of the team and systems / applications.

As the Senior eTrade Analyst, you will:

  • Ensure pro-active operational tasks are scheduled, resourced and completed.
  • Ensure provisioning and change activities are resourced and delivery targets are met.
  • Undertake analysis of service call and workload data to identify trends for action.
  • Identify, update and maintain Service Desk Support procedures.
  • Monitor and manage service calls assigned to team members, particularly action on aged or overdue cases.
  • Maintain a leave and after hours’ roster ensuring adequate staff resources per GIS requirements, escalating any unmet staff resource and issues.
  • Assisting your manager in various tasks concerning performance and operation of the team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support services within a similar sized multi-national organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of IT processes and support deliverables
  • Possess an excellent knowledge of IT Infrastructure Operational environments
  • Ensure familiarity with and adherence to core ITIL Processes as employed at Toll (e.g. Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management), regarding the delivery of IT services.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and challenging environment, demonstrating capacity management skills
  • Experience supporting digital eCommerce and mobility platforms highly desirable
  • Logistics and Supply Chain knowledge and expertise desirable
