The Client:New Zealand's leading landscape design, build, care company with a track record of delivering exemplary landscape projects throughout Australasia.

They provide all aspects of landscaping, whether designing and building stunning residential landscapes; transforming retail and business locations or working with the government to create visually striking public spaces through civic landscape design and infrastructure creation.

The Role:Reporting to the Hamilton Regional Manager this autonomous role will see you provide job estimates, pricing and reviews that enable Project managers and Team Leaders to determine and track margin of their projects as well as;

• Build up price estimates for projects as directed by the Regional and Project Managers
• Pricing to agreed format and data for entry into Project Software Check quotations letters are clear and concise and relevant to ither the 'concept plan' or 'detail plans'
• Supply cost review of completed projects to team and refine costing and procedures
• Build relationships with suppliers across breadth of products, ensure best prices are a given
• Agree on new memorandum of understanding to reinforce relationships and secure rebates
• Assist project managers and team leaders with ongoing project variations
• Assist during build process with procurement

Requirements:The successful candidate will have proven experience in an estimating role (3+ years preferred), within landscape or earthworks/ land development environment, you will also have:

• Proven exposure reviewing projects costs with build and design teams against actual build.
• Highly skilled in computer literacy and estimation software.
• Previous procurement experience and business acumen.
• Friendly get up and go attitude who works well with others.
