You will automate and consolidate an agile, prioritised portfolio of Digital demand, in line with Digital’s transformed supply: meeting both Digital and other business unit needs.  This improvement is required to deliver a more efficient and effective Digital team, driving prioritised demand through a more efficient workforce and delivery to the Digital Strategy.  You will have focus on understanding and reviewing key commercial Digital big rocks and delivery outcomes in a culture of continuous development, ensuring alignment across Digital and identifying opportunities for optimisation across units. You will transform and implement a more consistent demand and planning process across Digital units, liaising with wider Digital colleagues to ensure a single, joined up view of Digital demand.  It will involve responsibility for consolidating and providing roadmap visibility and visibility of implications of roadmap and priority changes, supporting resource management.

You'll have the following responsibilities

Consolidate and automate a central view of demand across Digital: this will include designing and implementing a consolidated automated ‘front door’ for Digital demand from other business units 

Implement and automate a standard demand management and prioritisation approach across Digital, allowing for comparison across the business and effective prioritisation

Assess and decide what tooling is best to support, engage and influence across Digital to drive standard approach and tooling

Will design and implement the ability to provide real-time insight on budget management and portfolio against all delivery and activity in Digital. 

Develop and orchestrate a standardised quarterly alignment planning process between other business units and Digital

Shift to agile demand management, change Bookend and quarterly planning process to support, working with units

You'll have the following skills & experience

Agile methodology evidenced, particularly for larger organisations, driving planning and portfolio management

Change management, showing implementation of tooling, process and people change

Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and financial information 

Knowledge of IT investments across the total IT portfolio (KTLO, growth, value, regulation etc.). Ability to sport common capability and investments.

Knowledge of all delivery methodologies in Digital to support effective planning, and how they may vary (preferred)

Experience in transformation (across cost, productivity and growth) – identification, investment scoping, business casing and implementation (preferred)
