Join us as a Senior Digital Analyst

• In this key role, you’ll be developing new insights from the digital estate using a range of digital analytics tools to drive increased engagement and improved customer experience
• You’ll be partnering with the Digital business, using data to drive effortless digital customer experiences
• This is an opportunity to act as a trusted adviser on any matters relating to digital data and help the bank deliver a best-in-class digital experience

What you'll do

As a Senior Digital Analyst, you’ll be defining and developing suitable metrics to ensure the digital business have a clear view of success. You’ll also be undertaking detailed analysis of digital data to generate business intelligence.

In addition, you’ll be:

• Providing expert consultancy on strategies to reduce customer friction and improve funnel conversion rates across digital channels
• Using data to spot opportunities for optimisation campaigns and implementing using the appropriate programmes and tools
• Providing the business with support to help it deliver on its ambition of ultra-personalised customer experiences
• Providing formal training and informal coaching to support to stakeholders, with the aim of enabling self-service of analytical tools

The skills you'll need

We’ll look to you to bring hands on experience with digital analytic tools and platforms, along with significant relevant digital analytics experience, either agency or client side, with a proven track record of delivering improvements to digital customer experience through leveraging data and insights.

We'll also expect you to have strong experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud suite including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform. Experience with other web analytics tools such as Google Analytics may be considered.

Additionally you'll need:

• Significant experience of delivering the optimisation of campaigns and large scale personalisation programmes
• Significant experience of managing, configuring and utilising a data management platform to optimise performance media spend
• A solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript or CSS and up to date digital industry knowledge and best practice
• A working knowledge of digital journey design and product process, as well as SEO and digital marketing
• The ability to interpret complex business requirements and manage demands of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present in senior forums and influence business decisions and stakeholders with the use of insight
