The role is within the Risk Technology team working on various projects to enhance both market risk and counterparty credit risk functionality as the organisation consolidates systems globally. The role would involve working closely with end users to help gather requirements, then designing and implementing robust technical solutions and troubleshooting any issues. The ideal candidate would be a senior developer with excellent knowledge of the attributes and technological implementation of financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

Key skills

C# and Microsoft development stack (WCF, WF, Unity).

Microsoft SQL Server.

Software design methodologies and best practices.

End to end development cycle knowledge.

Experience of working in an investment banking (or similar) technology environment.

Preferred:

Experience with Microsoft HPC Server, Grid and Cloud Computing.

Web Development with ASP .NET and MVC

Continuous integration with TeamCity

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.

This role may suit a senior .net Developer or .net Software Engineer with a banking / banking background.
