Be at the forefront of Sky’s new data ethics practice. Fire-up and stoke the conversation about using data in an ethical manner and its importance for Sky brand, employees and customers. Create cultural change and transform how we implement our GDPR, privacy and customer preference responses whilst ensuring conformance with Sky’s data management standards and best practice culture
What you’ll do:
• Acting as a champion and change agent for data ethics, and DQGE more broadly
• Enabling and empowering the business to adopt data ethics best practice in their work; this could include facilitating data ethics training, supporting data science teams with the adoption of relevant tools, and introducing ethical data behaviours to the rest of the business
• Owning stakeholder management strategy and communicating effectively to raise awareness of data ethics, as well as creating a space for people to discuss ethical dilemmas, express concerns and ask questions
• Supporting development of data ethics tools, policies, case studies and more
What you’ll bring:
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills and experience – you strive on building new networks and acting as an ambassador for a cause
• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation and change management with clearly defined outcomes is considered a benefit
• Ability to bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical audience
• Analytical mindset and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts (experience in data science or experience in working with technical teams is a bonus)
• Demonstrated interest (and experience) in digital ethics and a genuine desire to help people navigate the grey areas of doing the right thing with data
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

Osterley:
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
Livingston Watermark House:
Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre. Plus there’s onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
You’ll be well fed at our subsidised canteen, and you can keep in shape at our onsite gym. Or play a game of pool or table tennis.
