Minimum qualifications:

• Business Intelligence (BI) Engineering experience with experience of building infrastructure, data pipelines and assets, through change control.
• Experience with writing SQL queries, including creating and maintaining tables.
• Experience with analysis or business intelligence tools, including dashboards, spreadsheets, and Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience not only deriving insights from data but presenting findings back in a business setting.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, and bring clarity and structure.
• Ability to create and foster strong cross-functional networks and manage without authority.

Responsibilities

• Enable the regional and functional sales teams with at-scale dashboards, tools, insights, and analysis.
• Establish the core data infrastructure to help the organization run the business from senior leadership through the front-line.
• Be a collaborative business partner and act as the subject matter expert for all things data.
• Provide thought leadership and input into global sales data infrastructure projects, and central analysis.
• Partner with sales operations and sales management on ad-hoc data and analysis requests.
