👀 Role Overview

Given our ambitious and aggressive growth plans, we are looking to hire a Senior Customer Growth Manager who will be responsible for our customers’ success. You will be a key member of the management team. The role of SCGM will require a passion for technology and its capacity to make a difference in the life of our customers. The role will also require a very strong attention to detail and someone who is very data-driven.

💫 Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and achieve customer retention and NPS targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and product team to ensure perfect alignment between product-market fit and launching in a market.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and have a solid discipline to measure performance.
  • Streamline the onboarding process of customers to speed up their time to go live.
  • Grow the revenues generated of existing accounts by increasing their product adoption and supporting their growth.
  • Build a product success team of high performing individuals.
  • Retain and coach top talents across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience/track record in a client-facing role in sales, account management, or customer success
  • Strong desire to provide clients with an exceptional experience and a passion for revenue and growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
