The opportunity
A new permanent, full time Senior Contract Management Officer opportunity is now open, based in Macquarie Park with flexible working options available.
The role will be responsible for the implementation of the contract and supplier management functions in alignment with the TfNSW IT Contract Management Framework. The Senior Contract Management Officer will report to the Manager, Contract Management.
You will:
Conduct contract administration, implementation of supplier performance and contract charging methodologies and monitoring of supplier compliance with agreed service levels and contract obligations.
Support the Commercial Managers in the Source to Contract process, including variations, new services or suppliers and any other issues requiring contractual / commercial advice and the identification of potential areas of commercial vulnerability and risks.
Proactively identify, manage and advise on commercial, contractual, operational, financial, reputational, ethical and supply chain risks associated with the contract, to enable the organisation to attain maximum value from the contract while meeting compliance requirements
Prepare and co-ordinate the required Contract Management documentation including but limited to: Contract Management Plans, Meeting Agendas/minutes, Risk Frameworks, and KPI Scorecards, Contract Variation documentation, Issue/Dispute communications, Securities, Guarantees and Insurance documentation.
Establish and maintain appropriate stakeholder and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, resolve issues as they arise, and maximise the value of the contract. Provide expert advice on contract conditions and administration to relevant stakeholders in order to support informed decision making.

About you
You will be a Senior Contract Management professional with experience with outsourced IT services in a complex, federated environment with knowledge of market trends, infrastructure services and technologies. You will be able to demonstrate your experience supporting source to contract processes including supplier selection, contract finalisation, transition and transformation, supplier and contract governance, and contract administration. You will be able to talk through your knowledge of infrastructure, telecommunications and application services and technologies, infrastructure operations and IT service management. You must have the ability to build strong ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, numerical, analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with office productivity software.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 8 $120,423 - $134,872 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
