Exciting work you will do:

• Work across multiple clients in different industries (not all projects will be full-time)
• Actively contribute to business development activities through the identification of new opportunities within our clients
• Lead, coach and support development teams to successfully deliver exceptional products
• Play an active part in the Agile community and help to drive initiatives forward across North Highland and our
  clients

What you will need:

• Experience of agile methodologies and frameworks, including scaled agile delivery within one or more large enterprises
• Successful experience in a Team Facilitator/Scrum Master role applying Scrum principles, practices, and
  theory within agile environments
• Experience interfacing and gaining credibility with different levels of the organisation from senior level client

executives to delivery teams
