About The Role

A rare opportunity as a Senior Communications Executive, dedicated to a large Business Change Programme at Alliance Healthcare has arisen. This role requires a communications expert to bring excellent organisation and communication skills to fast-paced corporate environment. 

You will be an integral member of the Organisational Change Management (OCM) Team and will work closely with the Programme Management Office, your counterpart from our delivery partner and wider programme team. This Change Programme will, over the course of the next two/three years, deliver significant change to existing systems, processes and procedures across the entire organisation and will – in some shape or form – impact every colleague.

 The Programme will be deployed throughout the business through a number of new systems ‘releases’. Release 1, impacting all colleagues in our Finance Function and some colleagues in our Procurement Team/s, will go-live in July 2022. This assignment will deliver communications and engagement activity support for Release 1 as well as provide additional support for ongoing communications in regard to further, later, Releases (2 and 3). Reporting to the Communications Lead for the Programme, you will take ownership in preparing assigned formal communications and supporting material. You will work closely with the OCM team, ensuring that communications are of a high standard in line with our programme principles and brand guidelines.

 The term of this role is initially six months (with potential to extend to 12) and Alliance Healthcare is able to support reasonable requests for flexible working / remote working throughout the duration of the role. The role is principally based, however, at our offices in Chessington and – given the nature of the work – a degree of regular presence in the office is required.
