The mission of Facilities and Services Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The four key portfolios are Corporate and Client Services, Maintenance, Operations and Projects.

Located within the Corporate and Client Services portfolio, Commercial Services provides a variety of commercial services to the ANU and wider community.

The Commercial Services portfolio comprises over 140 commercial tenancies, including the Kambri Precinct, Centralised Venues, Child Care Services and off site facilities. The Commercial Services team is the first contact for all leasing enquiries.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Property Advisor to manage our Commercial Leasing Portfolio, overseeing property management, capital planning, financial management, administration, housekeeping and maintenance services along with management of staff and contractors to support these services.

Success in this role will be determined by your strong experience in commercial tenancies/leasing, administration and financial management. You will also possess strong relationship management skills working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of the diverse community.
