This role is part of our growing Commercial Services team, providing commercial advice, commercial awareness and support across the delivery and implementation of ACC's work programme. You will join a supportive team that sources and manages our Information, Communication, Data and Technology Contracts and suppliers.

We are looking for a customer focussed person with significant commercial and procurement experience who quickly earns trust, respect, and confidence across their various stakeholders and customers. You will need to be able to provide advice on commercial strategy and practical application of procurement best practices.

What experience you will bring:

• Extensive commercial and contract management experience in a large complex environment, ideally with expertise in one or more of the following areas: digital, data, cloud platforms, software as a service, cyber
• Proven experience of end-to-end procurement within a public sector environment
• Strong commercial awareness/business and financial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Ability to drive and deliver successful outcomes in a demanding, fast paced environment
• Ability to work on and effectively balance multiples initiatives simultaneously
• Familiarity with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions to mitigate legal risk
