Your new company

Originally established in Nelson, this multidiscipline consultancy have been growing their presence within the NZ engineering scene over the past few decades. With a strong pipeline of work in front of them, they are currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their Christchurch office.

Your new role

The work in this role will be varied, with opportunities to work across land development, local government and private commercial infrastructure projects. You will be a role model and provide guidance to junior engineers, complete reviews of technical reports, undertake 3D modelling and design as well as undertake technical calculations.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified civil engineer with relevant NZ experience.

To summarise, you will require:

• CPEng, or be close to attaining this
• A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering
• 8 + years of relevant experience in NZ
• Understanding of the complexities of infill residential developments as well as big picture green field developments
• Strong written and verbal communication
