Job description

- Quality assurance of cable/cable protection system (CPS) products and related accessories
- Monitoring factory upgrades, qualification testing and manufacturing progress
- Support with the preparation or review of QAS, QAP, revision of PQP and ITP
- Revision of NCRs, with consequent update of Synergi, CNs, and follow up on open actions
- Revision of Manufacturing Record Books, test reports
- Witness testing of cables/CPSs (including associated accessories) in labs and factories
- Ensure that the proposed technical solution is in line with international standards, internal best practices and contractual requirements
- Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that suppliers complies with our quality requirements and their quality processes
- Ensure proper categorization of NCRs in the project
- Keep overview of all synergi cases and NCRs in the project with a proper categorization
- Ensure preventive and corrective actions for NCRs and observations are in place
- Update Digital Inspection Tools (DIT) checklists

Job requirements

- BSc Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education
- Experience within a continuous manufacturing process and ISO9001 and HSE awareness in an industrial/construction sector
- Familiar with electrical testing (IEC60502, IEC60840, IEC62067will be appreciated)
- Familiar with high voltage equipment in general, including cables and accessories (voltage level from and above 33kV)
- Familiar with mechanical testing of cable/CPS
- Willingness to travel internationally sometimes on short notice and remote witnessing of tests outside standard working hours or
standard working days
