Main objectives/responsibilities of the role:
To generate revenue through selling digital design and engineering services to new clients and enhance business with current clients within the Fintech / Financial Services sector.
Tasks of the role:
• Research and identify business opportunities to generate new leads
• Drive with both internal teams (lead Gen, pre-sales, Delivery, legal, Finance teams etc.) as well as client teams until deal closure across UK&I as well as Germany
• Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients, connect face to face or over the phone
• Proven Knowledge of various sales methodologies and processes
• Profound market insights with Financial Services / FinTech (domain) and IT (SW&Services)
• Travel as needed (UK and occasional EU)
Requirements / Experience:
• New business sales executive from an IT Services Background (not a product sales background)
• The candidates should have a demonstrable track record of originating and closing offshore/nearshore Digital transformation / SW development / IT Services deals.
• Candidates must understand the concepts behind Agile & Digital. Should have sold full life cycle of software development
• Around 4-7 or more years of sales experience with customers from the financial industry (preferably FinTech)
• Candidates must have demonstrable sales figures and a record of overachieving sales targets and ideally have been with their organization for few years.
• Business fluent in English
