About the team
The Infrastructure and Place division is in the process of delivering an ambitious and once-in-a generation multi-billion program of public infrastructure works which will ease congestion, improve safety, create new places and connect communities for generations to come. The opportunity
Right now, we have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Coordinator to join us in the Western Parkland City Development of Sydney Infrastructure Development Branch.
The primary purpose of the Senior Business Coordinator role is to coordinate high level business support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the Division. This includes contributing to the management of all cross-functional issues affecting the group such as safety, financial and Human Resources management, business processes, reporting, strategic planning and organisational improvement.

About you
You are a seasoned Senior Business Coordinator looking for an opportunity to be part of a leadership team that is focussed on developing skills capability of staff.
You have extensive experience in preparing monthly management reports and brifing notes to senior management.
Ideally, you also have a strong grasp of developing and establishing systems and processes to meet business needs.
You are someone who works collaboratively with others and builds and maintains strong team relationships. The successful candidate will be committed to managing and prioritising competing demands and responsibilities in a busy and evolving environment.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 9 ($138,000) – 9E ($155,000) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.For more information on Employee Benefits at TfNSW please click here.
