Senior Business Analyst
Working for the Direct Supply Chain operation with the objective to assist Supply Chain in improving Customer Order deliveries.
Tasks:
* Document the AS IS process for the E2E customer orders for orders (new customer and upgrade), repair (advanced swap) and customers leaving (return equipment) orders including manual and systems processes and data flows.
* Identify issues, quantify impact and identify root causes.
* Determine improvements in process, systems and data addressing and/or mitigate issues.
* Determine Supply Chain data and reporting requirements to effectively manage Order journeys.
The Supply Chain team at TalkTalk provide end-to-end management of consumer premise equipment and technical products to support the business. The scope of which covers forecasting, delivery and fulfilment through forward and reverse logistics into our warehouses.
The team hold a significant role in ensuring all consumer orders from receipt to despatch are processed through the final mile to the customer in the timeliest of manners and highest of experiences.
