As the Senior Business Analyst, you will work in an agile environment driving and supporting delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver exciting, customer-centric experiences, working with various stakeholders to turn current user/business issues into deliverable valuable solutions.
• Work closely with UX and architecture to diagrammatically map out as-is and to-be solutions
• Create a backlog of features to deliver against an ongoing roadmap
• Provide scrum teams with a clearly defined prioritised roadmap with key goals and milestones, ensuring we delvier the most valuable product
• Manage and prioritise the backlog, collaboratively assessing new business asks with a view of priority against current roadmap
• Lead a team of up to 5 business analysts across concurrent analysis activities taking overall responsibility for workload and the quality of artefacts delivered by your team

What you’ll bring:

• Have a strong track record of using Agile methodologies to deliver working software
• Experience prioritising feature backlogs and making key decisions, identifying the Minimum Viable Product
• Passion, drive and resilience with a solution focused mindset
• Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships
• Experience of developing team members
