The Group Technology Transformation team is making this change happen, orchestrating the roadmap, driving the activity and governance for landing the changes.

What you’ll do:

Analyzing existing processes and defining new ones

Building operating models and performance management systems

Analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities & root-causes of current performance levels

Designing solutions to problems during design and implementation phases.

Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements

Capturing training requirements, designing courses, and delivering training where appropriate

What you’ll bring:

Deep experience in Business Analysis practices within a Technology environment.

Project management experience in an agile and matrix organization

An inclusive individual with boundless optimism, unwilling to tolerate mediocrity and passionate about quality and excellence

Previous experience designing the target operating model for different business areas

Experienced in driving best practice across processes, principles, development methodologies and delivery approaches

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
