About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with Project Management skills to join our new Department.
This role is responsible for identifying, reviewing and documenting EPICs and user stories to improve business systems and to align solutions with business requirements, organisational strategies, and business plans.
The role also ensures practice is documented and a consistent approach is used to document business processes, requirements (functional and non-functional, including EPICs and user stories), business unit strategies, and operational plans.
About You
You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst with the skills to drive data and analytical growth across diverse business functions. You will perform sound business analysis and lead the definition of requirements as well as support the technical project team throughout the implementation process.
You will have good understanding of Business Analyst frameworks and SLDC and sound understanding of Salesforce and experience conducting business analysis across ICT projects.
Ideally, you will have certifications in BABOK and PMBOK.
Your ability development and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors, combined with your project management experience of competing priorities will ensure your success in this role.
