Toll Global Express has a newly created vacancy, and we are searching for a Senior Business Analyst -Development. As the Senior Business Analyst -Development, the role will provide solutions to complex data mining requests typically leveraging data from multiple disparate systems.

Reporting to Head of Pricing Operations, some of your responsibilities to include:

Automate tasks and processes

Develop and optimise reporting workflows

Develop and apply sophisticated and innovative tools for accessing and exploring data in response to business-critical requirements

Provide subject matter expertise in SQL, MS Excel, data mining and data visualisation tools

Qualifications

To be successful you will need:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or associated field (Business Analytics) is required and any MBA or CA/CPA qualification would be highly regarded, however, not essential to the success of this role.

Demonstrated experience as Senior Business Analyst in delivery of large-scale transformation program.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the planning, workshop facilitation, identification/elicitation, documentation, review, and analysis to produce business cases, business requirements, business processes (as-is and to-be), and related project documentation as necessary.

Demonstrated experience in developing complex process diagrams, use-cases, data flows, ER diagrams, user screen designs, and related as necessary.

Comprehensive capabilities in workplace tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
