Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's largest banks to source a Senior Business Analyst to assist with a key process uplift project.

The Role

This contact opportunity is open to candidates in Adelaide and Sydney. The successful Senior Business Analyst will be working closely with the, Head of Group, Project Manager, Testers, Project Groups and key Business Partners , to assist with a business critical project expected to last until 2024.

Who You Are

You are an experienced functional Senior Business Analyst with:

• At least 6+ years as a business-facing (Functional) Business Analyst
• Deep understanding of the Collections and Recoveries market in Australia - challenges, trends, competitive and & regulatory environment
• Demonstrable experience in leadership roles
• Proven track record in driving business performance through effective people leadership and/or influencing skills
• Ability to manage performance independently and deliver results as part of a team
• Demonstrable passion for delivering change strategy that will take the Customer Assist business to the next level
• Demonstrated experience managing information flows to and from the business both internally and externally
• Business Analyst experience essential, through process improvement initiatives to major end to end transformation initiatives
• Experience in waterfall and agile project methodologies
