Responsibilities

As a key enabler of our ability to win and resource large, complex deals in the telecommunications space, you will have exposure to CXO level people both internally and within our customers. Some of your key accountabilities will include:

• Assembling and guiding a large team of technical and sales resources to support pre-sales engagements and deal shaping for highly complex and large pursuits.
• Managing collaborative engagements between pursuit, sales, delivery, and business operations to drive deal success.
• Coordinating and influencing the development of pursuit artifacts for highly complex deals that meet customer expectations of scope, timeline, deliverables, and business outcomes.
• Providing clarity on complex or unclear requirements (e.g., region), and examining insights to shape deals and pursuit artifacts.
• Working with Service Line architects and Solution Strategy Leads to develop intellectual property (IP), identifying trends in their use and adapting practices accordingly
• Managing and delivering highly complex pursuits using standard processes and tools according to our lead-to-order process
• Applying and sharing lessons learnt from pursuits with colleagues in order to enhance our approach and enable greater efficiency.

Qualifications

With your accomplished communication skills and your eagerness to create simplicity out of complexity, you will be well positioned to positively influence the senior stakeholders you will engage with, as well as the myriad internal teams you will be working with. To really make a difference in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate:

• Extensive enterprise Telecoms Technology sales, consulting, Product Management or delivery management experience
• working as an integral part of a pre-sales or bid management team. Experience of being part of the Services bid management for large complex bids
• A career developed in the telecommunications industry in Product development, Services or Consulting and an ability to demonstrate knowledge of current technology trends
• Regular interaction and relationship with senior level stakeholders (CxO)  in global Telecoms operators
• Having worked for, or consistently with, global teams in enterprise scale organisations
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
