We have a newly created Senior Data Quality Analyst opportunity which is a pivotal role within the Investment Management Office (IMO). You will be responsible for driving the maturity of critical business information required for the effective governance and management. The role is instrumental in ensuring quality data is available and managed through enterprise BI infrastructure, and for providing subject matter expertise to enable effective data management across the investment workspace. The outcome of the role is that information used for governance and management reporting across Kāinga Ora multi-billion dollar investment portfolios is defined and reliable. Meaning that decision-makers and leaders have access to quality information, and that intelligence risks due to data quality problems are understood and articulated.

• Relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience
• Strong inter personal skills, and a real desire to achieve data excellence

• Strong knowledge of Data Governance and its implementation
• Solid experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
• Significant experience working in a dedicated Data Quality Role, in addition to broader data and analytics experience
• Experience of supporting end users in the measurement and monitoring of Data Quality metrics
• Demonstrable skills in Power BI
• Experience of using Data Quality/Governance tools
• Experience in defining and measuring data quality metrics
• Experience in managing metadata, business glossaries
• Experience in identifying, analysing and resolving data quality issues in a complex environment with
• Experience operating in a data and analytics type role in a complex environment involving multiple systems
