Our downtown real estate development client is looking for a forward thinking Senior Accounts Payable Specialist who can handle large amounts of volume and can deal with multiple stakeholders at all levels. While this is a hands on role dealing with large scale projects, the Senior AP Specialist will not be entering invoices or processing payments, rather you will be managing the process, pushing the paperwork through, getting and following up on approvals and dealing with multiple stakeholders on behalf of the development team.

Requirements

The ideal Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will come from a development or construction background and ideally have 5+ years of hands on AP experience. Experience working on large projects will be considered a huge asset as will experience using Yardi.
