You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Perform bank reconciliations;

Prepare property financial statements;

Check the entry of leases;

Approve invoices;

Support property accountants with analyses;

Prepare Excel tables; Monitor property tax accounts and garbage taxes;

Conscientiously monitor government files (sending of documentation and filing of briefs) in collaboration with the property accountant.

Requirements

Hold a DEC, accounting option;

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience;

Advanced Excel level;

Advanced knowledge of Excel software (complex formulas, pivot tables);

Have intermediate English, an asset;

Ability to meet deadlines;

Great sense of organization, structured.
