Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to come and join our head of partnerships team here at Harrods.

The Senior Account Executive acts as vital support to the Head of and actively promotes and maintains the standards of the department and the Company by leading by example.

The Senior Account Executive is a specialist in luxury sales and account management.

They maintain and successfully grow a portfolio of regular corporate accounts as well as identifying and converting new business opportunities.

About you

You will Grows Harrods’ corporate business by achieving agreed sales and profitability targets. 

 You will Manage the sales process from prospecting through to negotiation, closing and after sales. 

Identify clients' requirements and objectives and the commercial terms of retained accounts; periodically reviewing these.

 You will Propose changes and ideas to improve client retention and team performance, whilst also driving through departmental improvement initiatives to increase productivity. 

Oversee multiple client relationships and responsible for developing these relationships by identifying and selling additional Harrods’ services and products.

Competencies:

  • Efficient, effective PC literacy (word, excel, power point and preferably SAP)
  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to flex style to suit audience.
  • Heightened time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good attention to detail which will be evident through high quality output of client presentations, reports & analysis produced on behalf of the department.
  • Strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods’ values.
  • Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
