Now, if you were to come on board as our Sector Controller, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

• Oversees and manages all transactional functions of the group including revenue/accounts payable/receivables and accounting.
• Provide accounting and financial analysis to ensure accurate financial statements within specific deadlines
• Ensure all financial-related contractual obligations for clients are being achieved
• Prepare all clients reporting/invoices accurately and promptly
• Prepare balance sheet analysis
• Answer queries for and support Operations Management and Sr. Management
• Address queries from internal and external auditors and the client
• Ensure operations adhere to company policies

• A professional accounting designation (C.P.A) is required
• 5 years Financial Accounting experience in a computerized accounting environment
• Willing and able to be “hands-on” as the business requires. It is critical that he Controller fit the “business partner” mindset.  
• Exceptional analytical skills and the initiative to solve problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment, both in the office and with Operations
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, remain calm with a sense of urgency while maintaining a positive, team-driven work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working with JD Edwards and Hyperion Financial Management would be an asset
• Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees
