As part of our mission to entertain the world, the Netflix Consumer Insights team is also striving to deepen our understanding of our consumers through various primary research methods, including content screenings with worldwide audiences.
The Consumer Insights team is looking for a Screenings Manager to partner with our internal Researchers executing content research across our original slate of Films & Series in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). The Screenings Manager role sits within the Core Group on the Consumer Insights team. Core is a centralized group of operationally driven team members with specialized methodology expertise that work across many business domains and regions.
The mission of the Screenings Manager is to facilitate technically excellent research content screenings for multiple stakeholders simultaneously, to work hand-in-hand with specialized vendors in the region, to identify and drive opportunities to innovate our screenings, and to build efficiency which ultimately empowers the Consumer Insights team to deliver extraordinary insights for the company.

You’re a pragmatic and flexible problem solver and have a gift for identifying areas of improvement. You proactively seek out areas that you can make better either in efficiency, quality or ease. Your ability to see things clearly as they are but also aspirationally as they could be and are just the person to put a plan into place to get there - be it by doing it yourself or finding the right people to partner with to get it done.
You have the confidence and care to liaise directly with external filmmakers, show runners and VIPs, and you enhance their experience of working with Netflix. You are skilled at honoring a creator’s vision, while also representing what’s in the best interest of Netflix.
You aren’t afraid to ask questions to improve your understanding and ability to take action. You remain curious and open to new ways of thinking or tackling a tough problem.
Ultimately, you keep the team on track and because you have a bias towards action you are always two steps ahead. You are the person others turn to to pull things together for the group.
