Aviva are hiring a fantastic position for a Scheme Private Medical Insurance Underwriter to deal with large corporate clients.
Full, on the job, training will be provided in this role where you will be dealing with large corporate underwriting for corporates with 100+ employees.
The ideal candidate for the role will have strong numerical skills and a real passion to progress at the UK's number 1 insurance and carve out a successful career!
You might be a graduate or someone with a strong mathematical background or relevant business experience.
You will be responsible for making Underwriting Decisions on Large Corporate Private Medical Insurance (PMI) schemes.
Accurate pricing and decision making on Large Corporate PMI policies within the boundaries of the Large Corporate Underwriting Philosophy and delegated authority framework whilst achieving the required level of quality on accredited output
Achieving Underwriting Authority via timely progression through the Underwriting Academy
Manage workload and deliver work allocation within deadlines
Develop relationships with distribution and other Large Corporate Stakeholders within Health
Competitive depending on skills and experience
