About the role

Fixed-term opportunity until January 2023.

As a Scheduler, you will provide support and guidance to the Customer Service Team. You will manage the scheduling of work for our retailers and support the Scheduling Team Leader by setting and reviewing priorities in the workflow.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Efficiently schedule work for VectorAMS Retailers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service when answering, booking appointments, and resolving customer and retailer queries
  • Balancing timeframes and the utilisation of field technicians
  • Identify areas for continuous and process improvement
  • Develop and maintain effective, supportive and reliable communication with stakeholders

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role you will be an enthusiastic team player with previous proven customer service experience. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.

You will also bring the following:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the square
  • Time management, attention to detail and ability to multitask
