IDEA Services in Invercargill are seeking an energetic and proactive Schedule Coordinator to support the scheduling of approx.
140 Support Workers across the Southland / Gore areas.
Being a Schedule Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to truly make a difference to the people in our community with intellectual disabilities.
You will be building strong relationships with Support Workers and Service Managers to successfully deliver rosters that meet the needs of our service users.
This is a vital role that ensures that the people we support continue to receive services with minimal disruption.
This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone who is able to handle pressure when things do not go as planned and is willing to help others.
You will be on the phone frequently with Support Workers to successfully fill rosters and short-notice sick leave requirements.
You will be working within a collaborative and hardworking team environment that knows how to have fun and enjoyment in the work that we do.
Supported by the Service Manager Workforce, ample training and development will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
