What you’ll create and do

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs.

Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll based on business requirements.

Assist in developing functional specification for developments.

Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience.

Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users.

Collaborating with consultants from other modules such as Finance.

What you’ll bring to this role

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll configuration experience.

Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules. 

Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations.

Able to collaborate and communicate with clients.

Interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project.

Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients.

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.

A broad range of knowledge and experience with respect to SAP on premise and cloud technology solutions.

Deep understanding of HR business functions and processes and expertise working in different industries.

Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations).

Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll projects.

Experience leading client workshops and creation of documentation and training materials.

Knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users.

Bilingual proficiency in French and English are considered an asset.

This position is fully remote.
