The Governance & Control team plays a vital part in ensuring finance staff and business users have the best financial management tools and applications at their disposal. We aim to be internal consultants to assist our commercial and group finance teams in getting the best information to manage the business and our shared service centre to deliver efficient transaction processing.

This is a 15-month Fixed Term Contract for a London based role, with some travel to Scotland, providing SAP BO Systems support to the Finance user community across the UK and the European countries.

What you’ll do:

• Design and develop new reports in SAP Webi
• Investigate and troubleshoot existing SAP Webi reports, using SAP HANA Studios to interrogate views where necessary.
• Provide independent testing for report development, including designing test scripts, documenting test evidence and assisting with User Acceptance Testing
• Engage with SAP Finance business users to identify BI requirements, using knowledge of SAP systems and business processes to analyse and create meaningful specification documents
• Support monthly and quarterly SAO Controls process in BI/FICO
• Support of the Cognos Analytics tool (mainly User Management with infrequent report development).
• Assist in implementation and support of the new Tableau environment for dashboard reporting

What you’ll bring:

• Experience developing reports with SAP BO (Webi)
• Experience/knowledge of SAP HANA Studio
• Strong understanding & experience of SAP FICO modules on ECC6 and AP / AR / GL modules and Finance business processes
• Experience working with Financial Data
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
