Summary

• Ensure Accurate and timely maintenance of Material Master, Bill of Material, Operations and Resources Data within the SAP ERP system and MES

• Business support on ERP Master Data management and MES supporting projects/key business initiatives and data governance

Liaise with Subject Matter Experts ensuring all change control and quality procedures are adhered to

Master Data Management

• Administration/maintenance of Material Master records from creation to obsolescence
• Administration/maintenance of Bill of Material/Recipes/Production Versions, Operations and Resources records from creation to obsolescence
• Ensure all relevant GxP change controls, quality and compliance procedures are followed when making changes to master data
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of proposed system changes
• Identification of continuous improvement opportunities and taking the lead to address with the business

Data Governance

• Support other Subject Matter Experts/Assessors

Main Accountabilities:

• Support the Production Planning Master Data Steward on data management activities

within SAP and MES

• Support the Data Management Leadership group as required
• Manage ERP/MES Material Master Global changes

Training & Documentation

• Provide the documentation supporting data management for the business (User manuals, Work Instructions, Forms and SOP's)

Projects

• Participate in projects and activities designed to improve/ update ERP/MES systems for the benefits of the business users

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Education

• A minimum of tertiary qualification

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing cGMP environment (preferred, but not mandatory)
• 3 to 5 years of strong hands on experience in SAP Master Data Management, maintenance and governance
• Strong customer services, communications and stakeholder management
• Work and negotiation with cross functional groups
• Working in global data governance framework
• Experience in manufacturing environment utilizing SAP

Knowledge & Attributes

• ERP systems

• MES systems (preferred but not mandatory)
