The SAP Analyst’s role is to deliver business change initiatives by designing, developing, maintaining and supporting solutions, always adhering to industry best practice whilst working to a common application strategy.  

About Us 

Harrods’ IT comprises of a broad and tailored offering to support out our luxury store in Knightsbridge, London and our Harrods.com website, as well as our wider Retail, Sales, Buying, Distribution, Fulfilment and Corporate functions. Our IT offering is supported by a mix of in-house technology and 3rd party partnerships, our success if defined by our integrated and united approach to a full IT operation. 

About You 

We are looking for a committed and highly professional individual, willing to take ownership of problems and provide workable solutions. Excellent communication skills, along with an ability to influence outcomes in an effective manner, are key for this role. You will have experience of configuring and supporting SAP EWM (preferably linking to SAP IS Retail) and experience of project work ideally.

Additionally, you will have: 

• Experience of supporting Logistics modules (MM, WM, SD) 

• Experience in support and project roles (ITIL, Prince 2, or verifiable experience) 

• SAP development and support exposure, ideally both at mid-tier and enterprise levels. 

• Consultancy experience 

• Experience with S4 HANA would be ideal but not essential
