About this role
Salesforce is a massive part of the target value IT architecture. This job will deliver Enterprise requirements using the salesforce SaaS platform. The aim of the functionality being delivered is to continuously enhance the lead management, CPQ, and CRM aspects of the target value IT architecture through multiple learn/buy/get journeys. Ensuring the development and management of the system is efficient and designed in the best way possible.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Take a lead role in the development, design and release of common salesforce-based lead management, CPQ, and CRM business functions. Build strategic applications to simplify architecture, making use of single, common platform and technology. Strong software engineering principles to be applied in a SaaS environment: requirements refinement, application configuration, test, and release.
• Creates and implements technical solutions for a domain or cross domains / portfolios of work within a specific technology area autonomously, understanding how solutions impact systems internally and/or externally and assessing impact of change.
• Provides sound technical expertise to consult on significant component(s) of a technical solution within a specific domain or cross domain.
• Provides technical quality assurance over work of other engineers through matrix team structure.
• Delivers resolutions to problems that tend to be complex, cross-domain or of high impact to customers.
• Identifies opportunities to improve standards of practice within a project, continuously enhancing ways of working.
