The Team

The Product Analyst is part of Product Delivery within the Product Solutions Team. The Product Delivery team are a focused team of Product Readiness Managers and Product Analysts supporting the Business Operation to consume change.

This role works closely with all areas of wholesale operations to look for opportunities within the platform that increases our efficiencies and enhances the customer experience. The role will work under guidance from the product owners to create and refine a healthy backlog of change to manage small configurable changes non-intrusive to the platform in accordance with strict control and governance via the tech delivery team.

The Salesforce admin is responsible for:

• Creation and management of user role / profiles / and permissions
• Create and assist with building reports and dashboards
• Maintain and assist in the management of security reports and folders
• Manage and make changes to templates
• Create queues and users
• Manage and monitor data loads on the platform
• Loading meta data and scale data structures
• Setting up DISE data records
• Licence management
• Make small configurable changes
• Email templates
