What you’ll do:

• Deliver consistent, quality analysis daily / weekly across Contact centre and field channels, to understand factors that positively and negatively impact in quarter P&L performance

• Utilize all data sources to build KPI models

• Produce, review, analyse and clearly present sales performance material

• Feed data and insight into daily/ wkly/ monthly/ quarterly trading team

• Identify data trends, risks and opportunity

• Own and populate all sales dashboards and trackers with daily inputs

• Build data models for quarterly and annual planning

• Provide sales forecasting for projects and exec packs

• Providing reporting & analytics support for the Sales organization

• Collaborate and share insight with key stakeholders – trading, finance, reporting, marketing, etc

What you’ll bring:

• Deep understanding of data with the ability to link quantitative and qualitative inputs to produce actionable insights and recommendations.

• You will be required to have advanced tableau and excel skills; ability to mine data sets to create reusable views and forecast modelling to build business cases.

• Tireless and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and optimise performance with a positive mind-set in a high profile, pressurised environment

• Thrives leading and working in environment of pace and change. Comfortable working under pressure, to tight deadlines and adapting or re-prioritising work when necessary
• Awareness and understanding of Customer Journeys across Contact Centre and Field
• Highly collaborative approach and confident working with multiple senior stakeholders in a cross functional matrix environment
