Job Description
- Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level
- decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major
- strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus
- Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities
- Creates demand for the organisation's products and services by raising their profile with customers
- Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
- May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand
- their needs and link them to the organisation's product/service strategies
- Responsibilities are within the Account Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines
Some of the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide daily & weekly KPI reporting to maximise performance across our sales teams.
- Provide insight to sales performance vs targets
- Review lead generation performance, conversion rates
- Support Sales Managers with the strategic plan to ensure all targets are hit.
- Instigate, develop and maintain a strong framework of key internal relationships within TalkTalk Business
- Support driving a performance led culture that rewards achievement and creates accountability
- Support & launch sales incentives across the desk-based teams to drive performance.
- Encourage and drive diversity and inclusion across the team and wider business.
- To be successful in this role you will need the following in your skill set
Must have
- Experience within a sales environment.
- Experienced & comfortable with MS applications - mainly Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills.
Be great to also have
.Experience with PowerBI
