About the role:

This is a permanent full time position.

You’ll join our passionate and knowledgeable Manukau team committed to making the world a happier place through the love of pets

Predominantly you'll be responsible for picking, packing and shipping eCommerce orders and supporting the customer service team with customer queries and ordering consumables for eCommerce; however this diverse position will also have you assisting customers on the shop floor.

Our thorough training will prepare you to provide purr-fessional advice and information to customers, enabling them to take the best possible care of their pets.

Our environment is fast paced and there will be some heavy lifting of stock, but the reward of inspiring customers, meeting their pets needs and reaching sales targets is huge!

About you:

You’ll pride yourself on providing excellent customer service, be proactive and of course have a passion for pets!

To be successful you’ll also have:

• Experience in a customer facing role (retail experience preferred)
• A strong work ethic with commitment to on-going learning and development
• An ability to lift 20kg stock
• Flexibility to weekdays, weekends and public holidays
• A positive attitude and dedication to being a valuable team member
