The Location

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and sparkling blue lagoons, the iconic Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast offers 295 guest rooms, 20 villas, four award winning restaurants and bars and over 14 conference and events spaces throughout the beachfront landscape.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the Sales team to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating sales calls and client appointments
• Preparing quotes and contracts for clients
• Coordinating site inspections as required
• Maintaining hotel and Sales & Marketing databases
• Conducting research and competitive analysis to compile reports
• Assisting with Sales & Marketing projects

Requirements

We are looking for:

• A proven performer in a fast paced, high volume and challenging role
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills to achieve tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to details with administration and data entry is essential
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality office environment is preferred
• Sound knowledge of ISAC, Delphi or Opera catering and sales systems is ideal
• Exceptional grooming and personal branding
