Our client is one of NZ's most well respected packaging production companies. As an essential services designing and producing environmentally sustainable and beautifully printed packaging for some of NZ's biggest brands and companies in the FMCG market.
In this role you will work closely with a Senior Account Manager & the broader team, supporting them over the next 12 months while a CSR goes on paternity leave.

Ideal for a current CSR, Sales Support or Administrator from manufacturing looking for a North Shore role in an amazing team!
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Working in a supportive and very busy team, you will be liaising directly with client's both over the phone and via emails.
- Coordinate printed packaging jobs. From confirming & inputting orders to ensuring final delivery to the clients.
- Communicate effectively and with confidence with all internal stakeholders across departments.
- Manage client's expectations on production scheduling and delivery times, keeping them informed each step of the process.
- Data entry and management of the CRM system.
- A high level of analytical work will be involved, including reporting, analyzing data and learning to understand production schedules. Training will be provided.
ABOUT YOU
- Upbeat and friendly with outstanding communication skills - verbal and written - will ensure you are confident in dealing with high-spend clients plus a large internal team.
- A Tertiary Graduate will be considered for this role, however you must be highly organized and have some Customer Service office experience.
- A background or knowledge of Print, Packaging or Labels industries is an advantage.
- Genuine focus on providing and cultivating a culture of outstanding customer service - both externally and internally.
- Work well under pressure and are able to use initiative and prioritize tasks while providing impeccable detail, focus and follow-up skills.
- Computer savvy with quick accurate data entry skills and the ability to pick up new software quickly. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office including Excel.
- A high level of motivation and enthusiasm, with the ability to handle pressure.
- You can work through all levels of Covid. This is an essential service organization. Under Red, mainly working from home with some office days is required. (Tools to WFH supplied)

- Salary will be dependent on relevant experience and skill level and is negotiable for the right person (feel free to discuss this with me).
- Mon-Fri office hours - 8.30am-5pm (or 8am-4.30pm)
