About the role

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our branch in Widnes. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.

This an excellent entry level opportunity. No previous sales experience is necessary. Training will be provided.

You will be responsible for:

  • Serving customers on the trade counter

  • Supporting in the warehouse with stock, picking, packing and deliveries

  • Placing and processing sales orders

  • Responding to customer queries via email and phone

  • Merchandising and checking stock

About you:

  • Good telephone manner and ability to effectively deal with customers

  • Ability to communicate and having the willingness to learn

  • Sales and customer service experience beneficial if none, training will be provided
