About the role
This is a really exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our branch in Widnes. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
This an excellent entry level opportunity. No previous sales experience is necessary. Training will be provided.
You will be responsible for:
Serving customers on the trade counter
Supporting in the warehouse with stock, picking, packing and deliveries
Placing and processing sales orders
Responding to customer queries via email and phone
Merchandising and checking stock
About you:
Good telephone manner and ability to effectively deal with customers
Ability to communicate and having the willingness to learn
Sales and customer service experience beneficial if none, training will be provided
