Role title: Run Domain Platform Architect

Role purpose:
To support key strategic growth areas, Enterprise IT require a highly capable and experienced ‘RUN ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT’ to work in the RUN domain which is the domain that covers the billing and service management capabilities provided to the customer. This domain covers customer problem management, service problem mgmt/performance mgmt/quality mgmt, fault mgmt, resource performance mgmt. and billing. The key responsibility of this role will be optimising the architecture and roadmap for these functions in order to deliver the business and technology vision. Accountabilities will include defining and aligning IT Enterprise and Capability Architectures for Vodafone Business Units in Group and Local Markets with strategies, frameworks and guidance from Global Architecture and IT Enterprise Architecture functions in Local Markets. The role will play an integral part in relevant RFIs/RFPs and sourcing strategies and include a level of architecture consultancy and governance for the wider Group IT Architecture team. The role will also include direct involvement in the development of policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the enterprise.
