Parts Operations
The Ownership Services department (Aftersales) is responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining all concepts, standards and procedures that the service capability of our cars is secured worldwide and that a unique ownership experience for our customers is preserved. Our intern will have hands on experience from day one, while gaining practical insight into the corporate operations of a world-class automotive manufacturer.
The intern will be required to complete a 12 month internship within the Parts Operations Team of the Ownership Services Department. This work will expose the intern to the aspects of supply chain management, dealer ordering, warehousing, transport and customs and reporting within the overall supplier to customer process chain.
The daily running of Parts Operation requires ongoing support from data analysis point of view and there are multiple projects running parallel to either lead or support. The intern will be a vital asset to support the team from analysis, planning and implementation point of view.
